He’s worth every penny and more. He was really thorough and found things we wouldn’t have even known to look for. He showed us things as we went so we would know what to look for in future. Even though he found a lot of issues he made it a pleasant experience because he’s funny and he really talked to us. He spent a lot of time making sure he found everything. Home was fine, inspector argued whether flex duct is an acceptable way to correctly deliver airflow; being an HVAC tech I can assure you it is not the correct way. Please take a class on airflow. Different sized rooms DO NOT all get the same sized duct
