I do ihhs work for my grandmother down in Bakersfield and she pays me to do so. One of the managers at this branch basically just accused me of fraud by saying my grandmother's signature is the same as my own. My grandmother's phone number is on the check. When told to call to verify the check she refused. This bank has the worst customer service from the managers.

The main 24 hour number for A1 are on top of their game. Seriously the best. The Kernville Branch is awesome too. However, I have had a few issues with the lake Isabella branch. Small stuff like stating they would check something out and call me back, but don't. Or try to blow me off until I mention the name of the last person that blew me off. Two people in particular. However I won't throw them under the bus just yet. People have overwhelming days and or off days. For the most part I love alta one. They have a lot of patience for all for us old people.

Nice little hometown bank. Friendly tellers. Security quard opens door for you.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I really like this Credit Union.

Went to Kernville Alta One to set up new account, appointment required, none available. Called Lake Isabella to set up appointment and even though I own my home here (not full time yet but will be soon) you are not allowed to have an account unless you are here full time. Make sense to you?

Be careful new security guard on a power trip would not recommend going inside made me fill intimidated and uncomfortable
