Every time I go into this store I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The people are so friendly. They have the best inventory of stuff. Over the years that this shop has been opened my husband has gotten me two beautiful rings from them. One yellow canary diamond and another huge stunning diamond ring. They even polished it for me! I also recently got a pair of coach sunglasses in the original case with the cleaning cloth. They are the best! We trust them with our stuff and highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good about the staff at this store. They always take care of me and have a kind word to say when I walk in the door. Their customer service is number one in our book. We buy both firearms and laptops from Alpha Pawn and have found them to be very well stocked and competetively priced with other stores in the area. I have even been able to buy a couple of pieces of jewelry for my wife and a couple of watches for myself due to great selection at Alpha Pawn. Keep up the great work you have a customer for life!

Guys are knowledgeable about all products, and super friendly! Always have great conversations with them. Also have a lot of good stuff at great prices! Best pawn shop around the area! If you need something and they don’t have it just give them your info and when it comes in they will call you and make you a deal! Plus they have ammo for my guns! All around 5 stars all day!

I've been doing business with alpha pawn awhile now and they are the best. Great friendly customer service and they have a great selection of firearms which they are very well versed in. I bought a pistol there once and they threw in an extra mag which probably would have cost 30 bucks anywhere else. Great place hands down.

Wow, cleanest most organized pawn shop in the metro area. Tom, Zach and John are the friendliest most knowledgeable and professional guys I've ever dealt with at a pawn shop. They have quality goods and products that are clean and organized. I was truly amazed and how my transactions went so easy and smooth. Always the best selection , The employees that work here are always helpful and super nice. You can trust your stuff with them. I have always recieved a call if my pawned item goes past 90 days without payment to warn me of its delinquency. This is important as stuff happens and sometimes we forget or money gets tight. Its good to see a pawn shop that isn't waiting to capitalize on your misfortune. Layaway makes it easy for larger purchases and they also have another shop in Missouri. This shop has been in business for a long time so no worries as to if they will be there tomorrow. Highly recommend 👌

This is my go-to location for FFL transfers. I have used them twice and their fee is lower than other places I have tried ($25 when I was there). Prices on guns are competitive. Clean place with a friendly staff. Would recommend 5/5.

Alpha Pawn has great deals on amazing fire arms that are hard to find at a very good price. The customer service and hospitality are amazing and they know what they are taking about when you have any questions about the merchandise and legal questions about fire arms as well. You won’t regret by coming by to check this amazing place out!!!

I deal with Aaron sometimes; but mostly I deal with (by that I mean harass) :) my buddy John up there. Also the old man I have only dealt with a few times; he is such the SAGE! Boy is he a shrewd negotiator; and he knows his stuff; just like the rest of the team up there. I have been coming to Alpha pawn over the past almost decade or so; and John is whom I usually deal with; and he is ALWAYS very competitive in his pricing when I need to sell or pawn an item. They are always a bit more fair priced than other brokers; and the rapport we have developed over the past few years only helps to further make the process of getting a quick loan or sell; just that much more of a very easy experience.
