EDITED: Such a professional response. No one asked you to "fix" anything. My APR would have been just fine without your "fix." Not my fault you don't do honest business and I found someone more reliable and HONEST to help me refinance. I will be sure to include this information with my BBB complaint. *************************************************************************** We purchased our home in Jan of 2020 and everything worked out well. We did not shop around and that was one thing I was nervous of. Fast forward to the end of August, he and his office reached out to talk about a Streamline FHA, he sent a Loan Estimate with an $11,000 difference. He assured me that this was no obligation and none of the paperwork talked about an application fee. Once I did research and went with another company, he became upset that he did a "credit repair" that I did not ask him for and wanted to charge me for it. When I asked, he changed and said it was an application fee when none of the paperwork states anything about a fee. I'm glad I was able to see this side of JC's customer service, as I will never refer anyone I know to him. Had a bad vibe from the beginning and now I see why. He then deleted my review on his original site. I have the right to be able to voice my concern.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to help my family and I buy a home during a pandemic! JC and his Team were always available to answer our questions and make any changes quickly. Our loan was configured perfectly and delivered absolutely on time. You can't go wrong with The Mortgage Goat! We look forward to working with him in the future! My daughter will be calling you next JC!
