I would not normally take the time to review a title company because the experience is usually akin to a needle in the eyeball. However, the lengths Aloma went to accomplish the task of closing a loan were truly a great example of how business should be done during a pandemic. The agent, Tracy, came to our home with a couple copies of the paperwork all in order. She answered all of our questions and even had a plan for the inevitable slip of the pen when I signed a form incorrectly. She was courteous and her pacing was just right for us. Our loan went through without surprises and that’s the best one can ask for at closing. Being a pleasant experience was the only surprise that day.
