    My husband and I have been talking about doing some upgrades to our home of 15 years. We applied at Alltru for a Home Equity Line of Credit. The process was via email, our agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process less stressful. We did not even know when they did the drive by for assessment.     I just had the experience of working with Jessica Michael for a car loan. I’ve never felt more cared for by a bank. She was understanding and helpful. And went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed quickly and easily. Would highly recommend.

    We switched over from another CU that was in Walmart as it was inconvenient to park & go in and did not have a drive up ATM. Since we switched we have been very happy with the personal, friendly service. Quick in & out at the drive thru. Or, friendly, knowledgeable face to face if you go in. Glad we switched.

    Poor planning for a holiday weekend staffing wise. Sat stuck in the drive through for almost an hour with three screaming kids. ATM was out of cash.

    This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. They do not work for the customers at all. I’ve been with them through their company change and nothing has gotten better! Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Expect a very hard time to get any assistance any normal bank would be happy to help with. I’ve had this account a very long time and nothing comes with my loyalty. Do not bank here!

    They take great care of the customers and their families! Alltru team members really go the extra mile. They have helped my family and I with financing some new appliances with a line of credit with a much lower interest rate than going thru a store.

    Please do yourself a favor and find another Credit Union to bank with. These people seriously do not care about you at all. I'm currently fighting with them about overdraft fees I received from a transaction that I reported to them as fraud! I did not authorize the transactions so of course its going to overdraft the account yet you all are still charging me an overdraft fee?!?! Like how?! Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other institutions that are no longer charging fees! If you need to talk to someone on the phone be prepared to WAIT AT LEAST 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. This has been going on before the pandemic. If they treat their employees anything like their members I can see why no one wants to work for them. Don't call right before closing neither because I promise your call will mysteriously drop and when you call back you will not be able to get through because their phone lines have been shut down.....they don't care about you unless you are paying their outrageous fees!

    Alltru, is good for our banking needs. They have been servicing my checking, car loans and savings for 40+ years. They are professional. There help people recently corrected an issue with my 1099R. It was great help to get to the bottom of the issue. But they did take my concern seriously and worked with several people for about 3 days but then corrected a confusing situation in my tax status on my 1099 R. No one is perfect but when there is an issue, Alltru took it seriously, to get it right.

    The tellers are always professional and nice. Each I go into the lobby the wait time is short for the tellers. The personal banking was great to; quick and convienent.

    alltru credit union is trying to make it harder for people to get to their money sense they switched from alltru the customer service has gone down and became way more shady so i will be closing my account soon and i highly suggest everyone pull out their money from this credit union as fast as you can and no matter how Google or alltru tries to edit or change this i stand by what i say

    This was my very first experience working with a Credit Union, and Alltru Credit Union has been awesome. They made it so easy to work with them and they are true to their word.     Tajuana was absolutely fantastic. I called in for some help with a stressful situation and she walked me through the process and made it super easy. Called in stressed and was laughing by the time the call was over. How customer relations should be. Give that girl a raise!

    I honestly have had nothing but issues from this bank since I opened an account. Unfortunately, I have a car loan through them so I must have a checking account also. I have paid my car note early numerous times and they still take payment or partial payment. During pandemic, I applied for skip a payment, somehow the paperwork via email of course,was messed up. Even though I got confirmation it was approved. They still took out payment but yet marked my status as late payment, also that shows up on my credit now. They finally put my money back only to take it again, to only put it back..again. Like what is going on. No professional at all. I can't wait to paymy car loan off. Worst banking experience ever. Employees really need to pay attention and do their jobs fully. NO excuse when dealing with others hard worked money.
