Allison and her team are by far the most wonderful, professional people to work with. We all hear horror stories about lenders but these guys and gals are the real deal. This is me and my husbands second time going back to them, first to buy a house then to refinance and both times we were floored by how amazing they made the experience and worked to get us the best numbers(literally). They stand true to their name and loans really can be fun. Try them and see and you will NOT be disappointed, in fact you might buy like 6 houses then refinance them later just so you can work with their amazing team.(: I’d give 100/10 stars if I could!

Allison and her team worked there butts off to help us on our loan.They returned our calls promptly. We had a few hiccups that were not there fault but they worked tirelessly to get through them .I would give them ten stars if I could.Love you guys.

I would give 100 stars if I could! Allison made the loan process super easy and fun for my first home buying experience. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and explained what needed to be done to get through the process as quickly as possible. She recommended a stellar realtor who fit my needs perfectly, because I didn't know anyone in the area and I asked for a bit of help finding one. She continues to stay in touch and takes amazing care of her past clients. You can't go wrong if you pick her for your loan needs!!

They were able to get everything processed so quickly and we were able to close in just 3 weeks from putting in our offer. My wife and I love working with Allison and her entire staff. Constant communication, even late at night when they were out of the office. Friendly and positive during every interaction. No question was left unanswered. They take most of the stress out of the whole process. *Edit: A week after closing we received a gift in the mail with personalized items with our last name on them and some treats. It's those little things that take the service a knotch above.
