Received a call from Tara Nichols to try and win me back to State Farm the other day and win me back she did! She was able to save me some change on my auto insurance but was able to include both renter's and motorcycle insurance for the cost of my previous auto premium! She was very patient, waiting nearly a half hour as I figured out my previous providers policy and cancellation, and was good conversation o boot! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa got us a great deal on life insurance for our daughter, and always answers when we call to update our mileage for our discount and gets it taken care of for us immediately. Dan got us a great deal on homeowners and car insurance, and helped walk us through the paperwork while we still lived in Ohio.

From the moment my partner and I moved to this area we have been fighting for this office to do their job. We were assured every step of the way that everything was taken care of. Instead, we were not on autopay as we requested. They opened a new policy instead of adding our vehicle to the existing one. When I ask to speak with an agent I get the secretary that refuses to transfer the call. Do not use this office.

They look out for my best interest and are very helpful and knowledgeable.
