TREAD CAREFULLY with this company. I am a loan officer working a refinance and my clients choose this title company. 3 weeks ago we provided them a closing date and requested title work. They failed to advise us that if we don't call them and schedule an actual time, they will not work on anything else. Behold, it is the day before closing and they have informed us that it cannot be done. During my conversation today with Cara, the branch manager!, she rudely handled my call, could not provide any alternatives nor rushes to help facilitate and avoid rate lock extension fees, and lastly hung up the phone on me mid-conversation. Absolutely no professionalism nor the capacity to handle anything outside of "their way". I have told clients we are changing title companies and we will not finish the loan with Allied Capital :)
