I came here to get a title loan here. The General Manager Latonya was professional and absolutely great to work with. She took her time with me and did not try to rush me to make a quick decision about a loan. I asked her questions and more questions and she did not get an attitude with me for asking so many questions like most people would get an attitude. Latonya took her time to help me figure out the best title loan option would be for me. Overall if you need a title loan I highly recommend TitleMax Title Loans they have a great General Manager Latonya who is very nice, patient, customer service oriented and willing to work with people and give customers what they need.

I cannot say enough good things about the Ladies in this office. I have received excellent service each time i have had the need for cash. They are always willing to help and so calm cool and collected. Huge shout to corporate....Lavon and staff ROCK!

I needed a small loan and went in about an hour before they close. I worked directly with Lavon who was extremely helpful, courteous, and overall personable. She was sure she went over ways to help pay off this loan sooner and was very thorough even though it was the end of the business day. The other lady in the office who was helping another customer was just as pleasant and helpful as Lavon. First class customer service.

I called the office and spoke with a Latonya. I needed some information about getting a title loan, because I need some extra cash to go alone with what I had to get another washing machine. She explain to me what I would need to get the loan and ask me what was a good time to come in. Latonya was so polite and courtesy in helping me with my problem I will definite come to this TitleMax office in Champaign for this good customer service.
