Mike and his team did a great job. They spent a lot of time with me in the beginning answering all of my questions which enabled me to make an informed decision. Their mortgage processor was a great closer and communicator as we worked through the final steps with the lender. There was an issue with my application (I was denied a credit I should have gotten and that was included in the quote Mike gave me) Instead of delaying my closing so I could appeal, Mike just took care of it. His rates are also extremely competitive. I brought his offer to Wells Fargo to see if they could beat it and they couldn't. On top of getting me a great mortgage he made the process easy!
