Absolutely love Alliance Insurance Partners. I was referred to Joel by our title company when purchasing our new home a couple years ago. Best recommendation ever! Joel was extremely thorough and thoughtful making sure we had amazing coverage at a rate ridiculously lower than I found when shopping for insurance on my own. I am thrilled beyond measure to have their assistance when choosing insurance. Would never shop without a broker again!

I have been with Alliance Insurance Partners since I moved to Arizona in 2016. I retired several years ago and have been with many insurance companies. I had everything with StateFarm and changed over to Alliance and never looked back. I’ve had home, auto, rv, umbrella, and boat policies with them over the years. They periodically review my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. Joel is my usual contact but everyone there is always helpful when I call. I’ve had numerous events where I needed help navigating my policy needs and they have always got me through them. They are the absolute best at what they do. I will never go anywhere else.

I received my quotes quickly for home and auto insurance. I was able to compare and understand my policy thanks to Jeff. I am confident I am saving a couple hundreds a year on my car insurance and hundreds more on my home policy and thank you very much Jeff and the Team

If you want someone on your side and responds promptly, then pick a different company. I requested an email to be sent to me, but Mr. Joel, the owner, stated I didn't give them enough time to respond when I called the next day. They say that they have lots of customers with a little workforce. Mr. Joel and his associate stated this at least three times in the past couple of years that I have been with them. When I told him I wanted to cancel my policy with them, he said that he hoped that my grass was greener on the other side. As long as you don't need to contact them, they are great, but when you start calling, they fail. I have never had an insurance place tell me that I didn't give them enough time to respond to me. That's why I chose to go with someone in my state, and that has more time for my family and myself. Good luck with Mr. Joel, as he isn't very nice and doesn't seem to care about losing customers. I had to call progressive to cancel my auto policy because Joel said he didn't have enough time to do it. I have also filed a complaint with progressive.

I want to shout out Alliance Insurance Partners for there professionalism and there commitment to assist their customers. I am so happy with the level of service I receive when I call because I know they will take care of the issue and go the extra mile! We had used this agency for past few years. Lack of communication / follow up by the agent and me calling in response to lack of was responded to by owner Joel firing me as a customer, telling me to find another agency. I was not rude in my prior calls, just expected to have expectation for follow up followed. Joel informed me based on notes In the file I have had customer service issues and they have over 10k customers, are not sitting twiddling their fingers.. they respond by priority of renewal. Joel actually laughed at me. As I told Joel I was not rude and shocked he is putting their lack of communication and follow up on me as a customer. I will be happy to find another agency / company that wants my business. Love their response.. what a joke - beware of their lack of professionalism! Good news already have a new agency ...

Alliance Insurance is the best! Matt and Crystal are always available to take care of my insurance needs, which are pretty frequent. I feel that they do more for me than what is really expected. I'm really treated like and a valued client. I'm sure that everyone down there is doing a great job, but I think that Matt and Crystal really deserve a pat on the back for their excellent customer service.
