My wife and I have been customers for several years now. Shannon and her team have been a total life saver. We have kids that play a travel sport, and anyone who knows the costs associated with that knows it can be downright expensive. Whenever we call up and tell them that we need extra cash to make it happen, they make it possible. During the pandemic I fell ill causing me to lose time away from work. The disability insurance Alliance offered on my loan helped out big time. I’m so glad we had it! My payments were covered during the time I was unable to work. That product provided major relief. The staff is always helpful and actually cares about their customers. They know us by first name when we walk through the door, and know my wife’s voice when she calls the office. The whole staff is super, always have a smile on there face and are there to work for you! The Gem of the staff is the Manager Shannon Ragsdale, she runs a smooth operation and has great customer service!
