Run don't walk - Process of trying to get a financial loan terrible. I am a professional, and they made me feel like they were doing me a favor to obtain a loan. Slow to respond and I had to communicate with them to get a response. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Lots of other options elsewhere.

Always very helpful. I just love Sam glad to see her at the Fenton. She was the first person to ever help my husband and I when we opened the account When it was 1st City. She is very friendly and sweet hope you never lose her as a employee she is good at her job and the best. When I have any problem with the app all I do is call and they help me right away. For some reason it give me a hard time logging in . I have to reset my password every other mouth. Even when I use my finger print it say wrong password. This is one of 2 apps I have trouble with. I just get upset when my load payments are late we are very picky about making sure I pay o time. But if anyone looking for a good Credit Union this is the one I regimen. This is the worst bank. Wish I could give them negative stars. My father worked at Chrysler for over 30 years ,and of course they loved accepting his deposits. However, when he fell ill and it came time to make withdrawals...different story. All kinds of fees and technicalities that make things difficult. Charlie, the manager, is unable to explain and very rude. When told we were going to post negative review he said that was a threat! Go anywhere else for banking.

Rose Ann along with the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my PPP loan process. Everyone in my family has also had the same wonderful experience and we couldn’t be more appreciative!

My husband (James Kay) and I have been a member for over 35 years and there is a reason for that. Through good times and bad Alliance Credit Union has been there for us. we would like to recognize AMRA for being so friendly and polite. Everytime we come in she greets us by name and ALWAYS has a big smile. Employees like her are the reason we continue to be a member. Rude, called to talk to someone about a loan, “computers are down, call back tomorrow.” I asked you mean no one will take down my phone number, and call me back to write a loan? She repeated her statement verbatim. Now trying to get a loan elsewhere due to this, US Mortgage needs my past two months bank statements on their letterhead, they won’t do it.. After twenty years house, and vehicles with them, I’m moving from them like my money is on fire.
