I just finished up possibly the most complicated refi ever. However Eric Swan and Rob Ski made it happen. They have been outstanding in every way. There were so many items that needed real attention. At one point Robert called the IRS on my behalf and waited on hold for over an hour. That kind of customer service is just unheard of now a days.
