Allegent Community Federal Credit Union Rodi Rd, Pittsburgh

Not good to do any business here period at any branch. More like a bank, not a credit union. I have a good credit score and money in both savings/checking and this CU won't work with me. I was given bogus excuses as to why but not directly thru a phone call - very impersonal. They have major problems communicating and that appears to be standard thru others' reviews. Additionally the mobile app is limited in function and currently will crash when using it - every single time. Oh, and they will also endlessly solicit auto insurance at least every other week in the mail. I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere soon. Not surprising that I don't see the CU commenting on any Google reviews that are concerning.

You should be able to call your bank/credit union and get support. I've tried calling multiple times throughout the day, each time having waiting up to 30 minutes for someone to answer. It's end of the day Friday, and I work all hours they are open. Extremely difficult to get support.

I love the whole staff, especially Denise who worked diligently with me to secure a car loan. They feel like family, so much so, that when Denise moved to this office from the downtown office, so did I!! I've been with Allegent since 2000, and they treat me with 20 years worth of respect .

On hold over an hour so far. Maybe if you could keep employees you could answer phones. 🤔

Very convenient and the staff is so friendly, and Denise was willing to go the extra step for me when I was looking for something they did not have.

It’s a small office in comparison to other branches in the region, but the staff is super friendly and always helpful. They have a parking in lot in the back of the building. Be careful when entering or exiting thru the driveway since Rodi Road has heavy traffic.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I received exemplary service from Denise a few weeks ago. She went above and beyond to get my transaction completed in a timely manner. Thank you so very much, Denise!

Horrible!!! Just horrible. All I want to do is make a payment and you can’t call to talk to anyone. I waited on hold for over 4 hours and was disconnected. Apparently they don’t care about there customers. Sad.

Very good credit union...nice & friendly customer service & willing to help u in anyway they can!!! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a credit union.

Worst credit union! Bloody thieves! Save your money and go elsewhere
