All Checks Cashed Davidson Hwy, Concord

Pulled up to try to get my check cashed. As I got out of my car they shut off they're open sign and locked the door. The sign on the door says they're open 24 hrs and they're hours, on Google, say they're open til 11:30... I arrived at 11.

The worst customer service in history. They open at 11:30 but didn’t take people till 3. Not only the was cashier rude and unprofessional, but also pretty sure the boss doesn’t know he has 2 paying employees just sitting there exchanging Life stories. Telling people they short of staff that’s why they can’t do anything till three, although they have the open sign and the door open.

Ive been denied service for no reason twice now. She said "well you can just go to your bank and they can deal with it." IF I HAD A BANK ACCOUNT I WOULDNT BE GOING THERE! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!

Rude staff woman, today is Easter and i was in line for over a half hour, she only helped 2 customers so far. When my turn was next, she demanded me to fill the form in ink. I told her that there should be pens instead of pencils on the floor. She apologized, and once i completed the form, telling her how i waited over an half hour for her service. And she skipped me and went to the next. Her name is Maria, she wears glasses and she just said she dont care about the review and it's fine while waving her hand in a "shooing motion". Now she's trying to find a reasn not to process my transaction. Overall, go to a company whose employees have courtesy and values great service. I will never do business here again.

Worst check cashing place ever very slow workers very lazy. They will have 2 customers in there and only one person working i stood in the. Line for 20 mins worse place to come to

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO CASH YOUR CHECK! My fiance and I own our own remodeling business and when customers give us checks, we go there to cash it. This morning we took the check in there, she went in the back for SEVERAL minutes just to come out and say that the bank wouldn't verify the check. So we ended up just taking it to the bank that was on the check and had no problems cashing it. BUT WAIT not even 30 minutes later, our customer is on the phone saying that they attempted to withdraw $7000 and THEN $5000 from the customer's account. Thankfully their bank caught on and didn't let it go through but WOW REALLY?! DO NOT GO HERE

I have Went around to two other places to try and cash my check okay. It’s a check from my work like as an average person would receive while working at their job and the man at the counter could not cash my check because it had to be a certain check to cash it from 8-8..... like unbelievable .... have my ID and everything and would just not cash it for some reason .... highly upset when I need My money now and these places stay open 24/7 like they say they do and can’t even get a check cashed at this time of night. Ridiculous.

She goes to the back pretend to call a bank just so she won't have to do her job. Very unprofessional and she has a nasty attitude about giving up her name.

The worst place in the world to even try to do business!!!!! I think the only thing the employees know how to say is can you come back!!!!! They do absolutely nothing!!!! I was going to send money and they couldn’t figure out how to do that!!!! What a crock!!!!
