This was my first time dealing with a pawn shop, so I was worried I was going to walk out with far less than I was expecting. However, they looked through my items, took some time to research and came back with more than my asking price. They were friendly, no pressure tactics and quickly processed my items. Definitely a great experience if you are needing to offload your items for a fair price (or better).

First time pawning anything, Very friendly and pleasant staff. Jose Nieves was very helpful with not only the item I wanted a loan on but helpful about an old typewriter that we have. All I had with me was a picture. He told me and showed me on his computer that what I thought was something no one wanted could bring in some big money. Thanks again.

I’m glad everyone else had a good experience… But unfortunately I really didn’t I wasn’t welcomed and didn’t feel like I was welcomed at all when I entered the door I was literally the only one there. Even though they couldn’t help me everybody whole vibe was off and that’s one thing that just irritated my soul.

When I walked in I immediately noticed how clean and how nice this pawn shop was. Not many look like this. I was greeted by Jose. I have never pawned or sold anything so this was a first time experience for me. Jose was more than helpful. He explained the whole process to me and even let me vent about my situation. Carlos came to approve the transaction and was very helpful when Jose and I had questions. I will definitely use this place again if I ever need to sale or pawn anything. They are very helpful, thorough and super nice people. Highly recommend them.

This is the most organized and cleanest pawn shop I've been to. Let me just tell you that the customer service experience you get there is great. Ms. Roberta was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all the items I asked about. She gave me a great deal on 3 items I purchased in the store. They also have a ton of great deals going on. I will be recommending others and returning to this location again for my next purchases.

Got a MacBook from the good people at this shop Alicia is a real PEACH she was really amazing and Roberta definitely helped out. UPDATE 1-20-22, So the MacBook Pro that this business sold me is apparently on a Recall Program List which this business should have been aware of as well as THE DEFECTS IT HAD UPON CHECKING IN THE DEVICE IN THEIR INVENTORY. As well as not having a list of RECALLED ITEMS AND ELECTRONICS but they don’t. So the MacBook has keyboard issues as well as software issues took it to Apple since it’s not under the 1 year manufacture warranty they couldn’t help me. I emailed the district manager named Kimberly to come up with a solution and possibly a refund she didn’t help me so I’m really upset with this place of business and will not be returning here or recommending them TOO ANYONE!
