All Checks Cashed S Cannon Blvd, Kannapolis

I think this place is stealing and selling peoples personal information. They won't let you do anything here without having an account. I understand needing an account for cashing checks. What I dont understand is why I need an account to purchase a Money Order, use Western Union or even pay a bill! Im surprised they dont force you to get an account to play the lottery. The crazy part is the women asked for my ID (which is normal for a Western Union confirmation) but then she started typing, so I asked her what she was doing, she said "making an account". They don't even ask, or inform you, they just do it without your consent. I never approved her to enter my personal info Into their system so I asked for my ID back and requested that she delete my info, which she claims she did but I believe she is lying. Oh and they aren't open 24hrs like they claim and the staff can be very rude at times. If you need a Money Order or Western Union the Food Lion just up the road will do it without stealing & selling your personal info.

Walked into this location trying to get my check cashed... she told me that, since the check is new to the system, they wouldn't be able to cash it til Monday.

Terrible. I and about 5 others arrived at 1230 am Friday Feb. 10th. Person working there looked sick and went t0 the back for 20 minutes. Came back out. Second employer arrived and announced they were closed because first employer needs medical assistance. Completely screwed over repeat customers that had been standing there for over 20 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be disappointed

If I could give this place a 1 star rating I would. I went to cash a personal check tonight and the stupid illegal Mexican that worked there took one look at my check and said the bank dont work with them. Didn't take the time to look on the computer or in a manual just said they dont work with the particular bank. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB

Wanted a NetSpend card with my paycheck, and the teller, Mara Quentin not only entered the information in wrong, preventing me from activating the card but when I called and addressed the issue she insulted me. I'm getting my money back tomorrow.

NOT open 24 hours, actually here right now at 9:14am on a Wednesday morning and there's a sign on the door saying "We'll open later"!!!! "Later" is what time exactly?!?! I just got off work and go back in for a meeting at 1:30pm then back to work tonight!!!! I could really use my check now! This is extremely unprofessional and frankly, false advertising!!! Add in the fact when they are actually open, they aren't the least bit friendly and I believe they do not deserve the one star I'm forced to give them.

They are not open 24 hours like they advertise like it says on the door "OPEN 24 HOURS"

Constantly short staffed, average wait time is 30 minutes. Nice people working there but wait times are longest I've experienced at any check cashing spot.

Worst customer service ever. Plus they don't cash a personal check unless the banks are open. I wouldn't need to go to a check cashing place if the banks were open! Stupid...really really stupid.
