Amazing staff!!! We have been members of Alhambra Credit Union since 2017 and we are amazed on how great they are. We have our checking, saving, credit cards and auto loans with them. They always make sure to give us the best deals with interest rates and what is most important they make sure we are satisfied with their customer service. Huge shout out to Sonia!!!!! She is amazing and making sure that she is able to help us will all of our financial needs!!!!!!!!!

Mikayla and the staff at Alhambra credit union are top notch. I have never been treated more fairly and friendly with a staff of people in any of my business Endeavors. They greet you by your first name when you walk in they are genuinely concerned with how your day has been and and what they can do to make it better I would recommend Alhambra credit union to anyone who is just starting out or someone who just ready to relax and let a financial institution take care of their money.

I have been a customer of this branch for over 10 years, since they were located in old town Avondale. They have always had excellent customer service, and are always friendly. The branch manager, Sonia, never fails to remember my name the moment I walk in, and I don't go into the branch more than a few times a year. She happily goes out of her way to greet me. There's a personal level of service here that a large credit union or bank cannot offer.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Esmeralda assisted me today and gave great member service. The credit union has been in the West Valley for almost 30 years and provides great service and I have been with them for all these years.

This office is full of great and friendly staff. I’ve had Alhambra for 13 years and since the very beginning I’ve always felt welcomed and the customer service has always been awesome!! I would highly recommend banking with Alhambra.

After getting married my husband and I have tried to find the Financial institution that gave us a sense of confidence, support, and over all good customer service. Alhambra Credit Union has been just that for us. The very experience of walking in both branches you feel as if you are more than just a number. We have now moved our car loan to them. Ronnie, made us feel confident we were getting the best deal and was in constant communication explaining things along the way.

My wife and I have been going to the Litchfield Park Alhambra credit Union for many years. We started off with Tina financing our car and from that point on we still go there. Tina was the 1st one we work with she has moved on and Katelinn has taken over her spot and it has been seemless. The customer service and the willing to figure out what's the best deal for you. They go above and beyond for you and always keep you up to date. I recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union.

I have been with this credit union for about 6years and have not had one negative experience with them! These are the most patient and caring ladies when it comes to having the personal touch everyone hopes to have with someone who is managing your finances! ! I just bought my second car being financed through them and this was another fabulous experience! Janessa, Mikayla, and of course Sonia are the winning team! They referred me to the Autohouse in Peoria where the excellent customer service continued with Chris whom I purchased my car from! I can’t say enough about the team in the west valley and I would recommend them to anyone! My whole family is now banking with Alhambra Credit Union!

If I could I would give Alhambra and it's team 6 stars. They show why banking at a Credit Union offers a unique experience compared to the big banks. After my mother's passing they were so helpful and went above and beyond for us in helping us find the best solutions in managing and finally closing out her accounts. They maintained a very high level of professionalism and customer service while empathising with our loss. Debra and Sonia went above and beyond to help us and my family is grateful for their service through our difficult time. Highly recommended.
