They are so professional and experienced and know how to problem solve. They work great with the lenders, & yes, often have to solve issues someone missed along the way. They make sure there is clear Title & match all the numbers that the various lenders provide them & that the property taxes are properly addressed - it can be confusing to a borrower when they buy a house that had tax exemptions that the next buyer isn’t entitled to, like over 65, or a homestead exemption that the new buyer hasn’t applied for yet - these are consummate professionals and do a great job being kind and helpful to the many parties involved in a transaction

This is THE WORST title company EVER. Still waiting on closing costs less than 24 hours before I'm supposed to close. No one returns phone calls or emails. Only use this company if you want lots of stress with zero communication. WORST TITLE COMPANY EVER.

Great title company, very with their services over the years, our closer Michelle Salinas and her assistant Gaye Gross always meet or exceed our needs. Highly recommend them!!

I had several issues come up with my closing that were very frustrating. 1) They completely miscalculated my property taxes and did not tell me about the $5000 increase in closing costs. I discovered the increase on my own the day of closing and had to work with my bank to figure out why my costs went up. 2) Everything was last minute. I didn't get my final closing documents until 2pm the day of closing, had no idea when I was closing and we had to scramble to make it happen at 8pm. 3) There were several surprises of additional fees, which were not on previous estimates. Due to the last minute rush, I didn't have time to ask why these fees were not on previous versions of the closing fee estimate.

Absolutely loved this place. My title lady was Angie. Sorry If I spelled it wrong. She was amazing we had such a great time while there and it was so enjoyable when it could have been stressful. She made sure it wasn't rushed and was very detailed in explaining every little thing. Even sat and made sure every question I had was answered. Definitely made me want to use Alamo title and her again for any future home buying or selling
