Always amazing customer service! I’ve been a customer for a couple years now. I always go back because of how well I’m treated when I’m in a time of need. I also really appreciate the calls and texts to remind me of my payment or invite me back when I close out an account. I highly recommend this location for all your cash needs!

I borrowed money with Western Finance several times with no problems no missed months payments. My May 31st payment I discussed with Herman I could pay Friday June 10th keep in mind I pay EVERY MONTH I have used their services several times with no months missing payment no late fees. I ALWAYS close out successful. I was then charged a 10$ late fee when there was a one day miscommunication. I have referred two other customers here I have know Herman for over three years. I was told it's not my fault you got one day mixed up. So I'm being charged 10$ for a day miscommunication from a faithful stable paying customer. I will never use this service again. I was very disappointed in being charged ten dollar for a day miscommunication. From a faithful paying customer
