These guys are a straight joke, they claim to be people first but instead they look at people like numbers and risk potential. I tried applying for a membership and was told that because of one item on my credit report (to which I’ve been making consistent payments on for 3 years (they admitted to even seeing my record of consistent payments)), I was not membership worthy. My family is growing and we needed a $6500 loan for a new car, I even admitted that to them, and they still turned me down and stopped replying to my emails. We make over $5k a month but I guess we’re still to much of a risk to pay them back smh. Stop lying to people by telling them you’re for the people when you don’t even give people a chance to show you that they are responsible adults that work, live, and pay what they owe.

Curb Appeal the banks customer they needed a loan and lied about it then lied to me. Why would anyone want to do business at this bank with associates that do dirty business. Liars! Dont trust curb appeal or the people they do business with.

This is an amazing place to do your "banking" type stuffs and doesn't seem at all impaired that it is confined to a small space. The staff are truly awesome as well.

I've been a customer there for 15+ years and they've always done right by me. Any problems I had with the account they've been able to solve quickly. They are always very polite and smiling when I go there in person. I only wish they had an off-campus location in Mankato as well or maybe have hours open on Saturdays. It can be a zoo on campus sometimes and, depending on the time of day, finding parking can be tricky.

Great bank. The hours suck since I work during the entire time that they are open. They really need a branch outside of MSU's student union with normal banking hours!

Very helpful. I had a little trouble getting all the logins to work and the people there were patient and worked until it was fixed. Kudos.
