Affinity Credit Union Nw Hoffman Ln, Des Moines

Just opened a new account at Affinity Credit Union. Everyone is so friendly and the rates are unbelievable! I'm leaving my old bank that just changed hands where you have to maintain $1,000 minimum balance to not get charged a fee. Affinity has much lower fees on everything. It's my new "home".

Affinity credit union has Excellent hospitality from the second you walk in the door. I personally set up a new account today and got Honner to experience the service and help from one of their associates Crystal Garnett who was awesome explained everything to me so I could understand everything about my new account she personally helped me set up my online information and explain everything about it to me. Crystal had a smile on her face from the time I walked into her office till the time I left which wasn’t a very long time for setting up a new account and I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs to set up a new account or any banking help I just got to say thank you very much Crystal Garnet you were very helpful and you are a awesome person thank you again
