Advia Credit Union Cranston Rd, Beloit

I have had an account with Advia since before, when they were First American CU. Advia hands down is the best financial institution to keep your money in if you're a regular Joe. Their rates are competitive and the fees are understandable. I had an issue with an account being charged fees and they returned the fees without hesitation due to being misinformed. I would tell anyone asking where to open an account to bank with Advia.

I have never seen a financial institution like this, they have deposited money in the wrong accounts on 2 occasions, shorted deposits 3 times, kept business tax papers for weeks after they said they were sending them back, the manager ended up bringing them to me. I could keep going on but I think you get the point. The credit union has potential but its not lived up to. I would recommend reading other reviews online not just ours.

A great institution to handle your personal financial needs. The staff at the Cranston Rd branch are very helpful and friendly.

We have almost all of our accounts here now; they are very helpful and super fast in taking care of what we need.

I love banking at Advia cu. The bank offers it's members competitive interest rates on a variety of loans. They have helped me look for financial solutions on two different occasions and both people were very friendly and helpful.

Worst experience ever at this bank. Rude tellers. If you like being discriminated against this is the place for you. I'll never come back to this branch.

I’ve never banked anywhere that was SO slow with posting pending transactions. I do not recommend.
