From the emergency people that checked me in with their demeanor, professionalism and caring attitude. To the ER doc who fixed me up with sympathy and concern enough to call a surgeon in for a look. The surgeons care and concern and bedside manor. I feel like I owe you my life. I wish i could Remember all your names today so I could thank you properly, but you did pretty much save me and got thank you so much

They lost my brand new Keen boots, my carhart jacket, my car and house keys, my shirt and my socks. They tried sending me home in a hospital gown and flipflops that i can't wear. Pure demoralizing behavior! No accountability either. Just pushed me out the door. Unacceptable behavior from anyone, especially a hospital!

I had an excellent experience at St. Helena Hospital. I was treated with great care and compassion by highly skilled staff in the emergency room and the transferred to the hospital for three days. The staff were pleasant and professional and tended to all my needs. This was a 5 star experience for me. I cannot say enough about the excellent care I received at St. Helena Hospital.

I love the employees. They all make u feel pretty special. The food isn't bad and they really do a pretty good job of seasoning the only bad thing is if you are a patient and you are sharing a room with another patient be expected to have that patients entire family stay in that room with you. Made it very difficult to heal from open heart surgery

I just had a total hip replacement at this hospital performed by Dr. John Diana from the Coon Joint Replacement Institute. The professional care and attention to detail regarding medications, reactions and comfort level throughout the process was stellar! The bed side manner of every individual interacted with was wonderful. Kudos to all! As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious foods offered. After the surgery I enjoyed a beautiful view of the sprawling wine vinyards and lush, green rolling hills from the large bay window in the single bed room I occupied. Too, I was delighted to receive wonderful neck and shoulder massages during my one night stay ,one pre-op and one post op, which I was not expecting! Nor was I expecting to receive a vase of lovely flowers and a get well card from the surgeon, Dr. Diana, prior to my release from the hospital. To sum up my experience at St. Helena: AWESOME!

I had an endoscopy today I was really nervous and emotional, I have PTSD when it comes to hospitals and I was experiencing severe menstrual pain (on the day of my endoscopy of all days). All the nurses were very understanding, patient and kind. I even got some compliments on my sanrio PJs and it made me really happy. The procedure was quick, I fell asleep immediately and I felt safe. The staff are so nice and welcoming, I would absolutely return to this hospital for any future procedures.

Cancer Center employees are all friendly and helpful. Volunteer Kevin is great to see.

The nurses here are horrible! They dont do what they say they are going to do. The Dr and patient advocate were wonderful but even after talking with patient advocate theres still no change! It took 2-3 days just to get any information as to what was happening.

Great teamwork. So many wonderful people doing all they can to help you get well. Cardiac department is outstanding. They make the patient feel good no matter how difficult your case may be. They do a great job.

My wife had a procedure done here at the hospital. We were a bit worried in the beginning but then the staff was kind and loving by giving us instructions and directions. She had a massage the morning before the operation along with a sweet prayer. The doctor did a wonderful job and my wife recovered fully in two weeks. Very impressed about the post operation visits to their clinics that are very clean and professional with no wait times.
