Being a night shift worker, I have found getting in touch with businesses or trying to get anything done is almost impossible. But Dylan at the Riverside location really worked with me. He followed up by phone and email. Transported the car we wanted from a different location. Worked with scheduling restraints. Made sure the car was in tip top shape. Worked to get my payments as low as possible and offered to come 8n on his day off. Absolutely awesome customer service and amazing experience.

I have bought two cars from them and have been very satisfied.

I would highly recommend NOT going here to ever get your car worked on. I have a 2012 Jeep Compass I bought on the Fairborn lot. It was driving fine and was completely reliable until my engine blew on me on the way home from work. It turns out there wasn’t ANY antifreeze in my car when I drove it off the lot. (I should’ve been told) It was a hassle, but i took my car to the shop so they could see if the issue can be solved. They ended up having my car for 3 weeks. I had to consecutively call to see how the work on my car was doing. Each time they gave me very little detail and just kept on saying they will try there best and work with me. I began to get frustrated as they told me I would need a whole new engine. They advised me that it would be a new engine in my car. As soon as I got my car back, it was to my knowledge that it wasn’t a new engine but a refurbished one , still no complain. I just wanted my car back. I had a engine put in, a new harness and started As soon as I got it back it was making yet another off the wall sound. I then returned it back to them to see what the issue was , a bolt was stuck in my tire. ( not sure how that happens after not having it for 3 weeks) they fixed it and sent it back to me with no cost. They also did a cat clean. A few weeks go by and I’ve been driving fine no issue. But then yet another problem occurred, which was the catalytic converter. I called and asked is this a issue I’m going to be concerned about in the future. I was advised by one of the workers that cars run without them nowadays and that it should be fine. (My car is a 2012, it’s 2021) I continued to drive hoping no other issues occur after visiting this shop plenty of times and being patient with there work. My car recently started losing power to accelerate. (Rpms) it wouldn’t get faster than 35 mph even with my foot all the way down. I then yet AGAIN took it to the shop. The only reason I kept going back here was my lifetime warranty, my deductible is only $250 and they supposedly fix anything under the contract. They then proceeded to tell me that I did yet indeed need a new catalytic converter. At this point I was very frustrated, as I called them about the issue weeks ago and they told me it was fine, I would be fine. This past week I took my car there after waiting 3 weeks for the part to come in & get it fixed. I dropped my car off Thursday morning right away , they all me at 12pm friday & told me my car was ready. I was relieved as I have a job and must get to work. I went up there as soon as I could to pick it up. I paid $250 right away got my keys and expected my car to run perfect after all the work that’s been done on it the past few months. I wasn’t even 15 minutes away from the shop and my car flashes the light again & loses power. I’m beyond disappointed in this company. They’ve let me down one too many times. & also took my money when the problem wasn’t even fixed. All they told me was they apologize and to bring it back up to see what’s going on. The last time they had my car they did work on it that didn’t need to be done as my dad was explaining to me , all I needed was a catalytic converter fixed. They ended up doing $710 worth of work and somehow my car is still running just how it was when I dropped it off. I recommend NOT every buying a car from any lot of the this business and also I recommend NOT taking your car to this shop. I will be taking my car to a different mechanic so that I can get proper diagnostics and care. They have a lot of work to do as a business, & all they will be getting out of me is a car payment. Very disappointed with everything going on & even more frustrated than I was the first issue I had. Save your money and save your time. These people are a joke.

I said it before, and I’ll say it again... these guys are not just trustworthy business people... they are absolutely great human beings . I understand life, abs that things happen. First of all they ask me to give a review. I bought the car back in July. He wouldn't let me walk off the lot putting down $3400 on. A 2009 the contract I sign said 16.5 interested but I been paying $110 a week for my note and they been taking 25% til 40% interested out cause they felt like if I had never ask for a copy out what I paid they would still be stealing from me. And Dan the car repair guy not to be trusted he sent the van out with bad brakes he go say I had 6 months left with them brakes and the heat tube had seal on it til it bust on me he change me $385 plus his $85 inspection fee per things that is wrong with it. Take you car to get check on the the test drive they some scammers got a very nice van from this place it was a bit hard being new to town but TJ made it happen with some extra paperwork. TJ made my experience easy and he showed he cared.

TJ and Drew are amazing!!! I came in and got an AMAZING SUV that not only met but exceeded my families needs!! Thank you guys! UPDATE: my car after 4 MONTHS had the timing chain break in the engine, tons of metal shavings in the oil pan - PREDATING PURCHASE, a major gasket leak among the bigger things. When I took this to the dealership- NO ONE WANTED TO HELP OR FIX THE WRONG. I am NINE MONTHS PREGNANT and have had the car break on the side of 71n in bad weather - nothing from them except to call the service dept. NO ONE would even outline the warranty bought with the car!! They passed the buck all the way around! Do NOT recommend AT ALL - i would have taken all the stars if it was a choice.

Went with a friend who was desperate for a car. Had looked at a couple places who promise low payment and down payments and then when you get there it goes up a couple thousand! He talked with Drew who was great!! He had already done most of the work over the phone. All he had to do was test drive and sign and go! Easy process and beautiful cars all over the lot. Not only did they put my in a better car than the Chrysler town and country that almost killed my family by trapping us in after catching fire from the inside. Wow, put 1500 dollars in a vehicle I purchased, they never said i would be charged 2000 for the warranty they said came with it initially, spark plugs were almost fused together, I'm a single parent my dad is dying, kept communication with them, over 150 dollars they came and took the truck that quick! If you keep the warranty that you pay for, their mechanic has to do the work, mechanic said 2 1/2 weeks just to get it in, also he was very rude. Guess the people talking about the Advantage, it's to THEIR advantage, I appreciate them getting me a vehicle, but how bout trying to work something out. Very displeased, now cant even get to work, thanks Advantage for making things worse

I went to their other location, in new Carlisle it was terribly the cars were literally awful! And so I figured I could give them a second try at their Xenia location, and I spoke with Tj he was absolutely amazing, super funny and got my an amazing deal on this 2005 Chevy avalanche was well maintained and anything that needed to be inspected was completely taken care of! Highly recommend if you need a car to put yourself back on your feet and to fix your credit. Thank you!
