Thank you so much for your customer service "Missy" ! I have had an account with this company since 1980 and I will now being closing it! I will come to your branch do so! You just caused an unnecessary delay and I dont appreciate anyone messing with my mother's money! You could have just cashed the check and you lied to me! Worst bank ever!

Shareef was awesome helping me set up my business accounts. Very professional and even had games for the kids who got tired of the process quickly. I'm always in and out and they are pro-active about helping me adjust my business accounts as my needs change. Thank you, Xenia Huntington Team!

I expressed my concerns with opening a credit card, and told them my credit was low and mentioned that I should wait to increase my chances for approval. He ignored my concerns and advocated I apply anyway. I was denied the credit card. They get paid for signing you up, regardless if you’re approved or not. They do not offer sound financial advice or care about your credit. Unhelpful and unprofessional

I feel very welcome every time I come to this branch. Brian does an awesome jobs as well every other employee. Keep the good jobs guys! Congrats!

These people are fast and dependable. Drive-thru has multiple exits and that really helps when traffic is bad on the main road.

The staff is rude and unhelpful, the head manager woman was the least polite of all of them. This Bank nearly cost us our home insurance because they were late on paying. Our account & escrow is always kept up to date. Even though we have to go into the bank because they often lose the online payments. When confronted about it, not a single apology just simply we can't help you because that's not our department. Completely incompetent. Wright-Patt Credit Union is light years better. We will be looking to transfer as soon as we can.

Used to bank here. Would never return. My daughter and friends were in a car accident right out front of location. While waiting for a ride they went to stand under awning to get out of pouring rain. Manager would not allow 3 teenagers to stand there. What a way to attract potential future customers.

I chose them for the most reasonable checking account value and they don't discriminate against people with concealed carry licenses. I stay with them because I get all that along with super friendly service. My Labrador Retrievers like them too because they get treats at the drive through window!

I love Huntington, Xenia. We have banked here since before it became Huntington. I do banking with a few banks in Xenia and thus branch is consistently the best, especially in service.

Surprised to see they do not have paper deposit slips in lobby anymore. That's what happened at the Cedarville branch, then they closed it.
