Zach and Josh are great they are good dudes but they are professionals at what they do. No hard pressure sales as i spent one whole day basically test driving different cars. Josh im sure was ready to strangle me as i made him work up deals on 4 that day and that took alot of his time yet when i left without a deal he wasnt upset in the least and did not pressure me into something j did not want. So of course i after 2 weeks calling texting him finally found what i wanted and my man Josh was kn Disney Land. Lol . So Zach who was extremly busy without Josh still got me worked up and financed . He was very good easy to talk to and also knew his job vwry well .. cant thank them both enough for there support .So id reccommend them to anyone and there selection of cars and trucks is awesome.

Today I made the decision to lease my first new vehicle with Zack at the New Carlisle location. In the few days prior to me coming in, Zack made the pre-approval and application process a breeze, helped me do everything before coming in to test drive and was incredibly helpful! Super happy with my Malibu, as well as the professional, very polite, and thorough service I received from Zack. Absolutely recommend these guys for your used car lease !

This was probably by far the best experience I have ever had!! Josh was amazing!! No seriously! I had such a horrible experience at another car dealership, who tried to scam me into a bad car. I called the Advantage in Vandalia, and spoke with Mike, who helped me through the process. He explained everything and helped me get an application done. I ended up liking a vehicle at this location better and he easily forwarded my information over to Josh. I felt extremely comfortable and calm. They all have some of the best customer service skills that I have ever come across. Josh and his assistant helped me pick out the perfect vehicle! Gave me the ends and outs and made the process fast and efficient! I was able to test drive whatever vehicle I wanted without any issues. They were just awesome! * new information to the situation***** Yes they are great at getting people cars (its the job right?) Good luck if you have any issues with your purchase..(even if you purchase the extra warranty coverage stuff) the service center won't answer calls and when they finally do any appointment you get will be a month out or more regardless of the importance of the issue. If you try to return to where you purchased the car you get talked down to like they know way more about your car than you do any question you ask about what can be done about the problem they again mention the service center. If thats not good enough you will get told that the general manager will call you....that doesn't happen though nothing happens they just expect you to make thoes payments. Even if your car isn't drivable. -the sun roof leaks,its gotten so bad that I have mold growing inside the car if the windows are left up it smells bad inside. I have 2 elementary school kids that I take and pick up every day ive had to get rides so my kids aren't breathing in mold spores on the way to school - I've had to replace a battery already -service center didnt answer my calls -Right front tire has a slow leak that i fill at least once a week - the air conditioner quit working - and many other minor problems that add up to a mess Had a really good experience here zach and Josh really went the distance to help me find the right car for my family! These guys have amazing people skills! If you in need a a good running car give this place a call!! 👍

I couldn’t get into the vehicle that I really wanted at first, and somehow, they really worked with me on my down payment and my car note! So I got the car that I wanted! And they were super friendly! I would definitely recommend them!

Terrible company. Absolutely garbage. Sold me a car that had a cracked head and now they’re making me pay to get it fixed. They’ve had the car just as long as i have. Bought this car a month ago and haven’t touched the steering wheel in two weeks. They think it’s okay for me to have to pay $250 deductible when it is their fault they didn’t thoroughly check the vehicle before they put it on the car lot to be sold. You can ask to talk to higher ups but all you’ll get is “I’ll do my best to have them call you” then never hear anything back. I’m stuck with this car now as it has been past my 30 days. So don’t be like me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The salesmen was real nice and not pushy but the vehicle I got had transmission problems with in 4 days off me driving it and didn't get it back for 2 weeks then after getting it back the transmission was leaking. I do not believe they are being serviced properly. I do not lay blame on Josh or Drew but I do on the people in the service center cause these issues should have been taken care of before they ever hit the car lots. If you get a vehicle I'm just saying be prepared for something to happen and make sure to check them over very thorough.
