Advancial Federal Credit Union is the easiest bank to work with hands down! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff makes every transaction easy and enjoyable.

Staff is very professional and friendly. App and mobile banking work well. Auto loans are great; I've used them twice and had the lowest interest rates I've ever heard of for a used car, and didn't have to put any money down. The only thing that is keeping them from competing with the national companies is that they don't accept cash deposits at the atms. Their business banking isn't up to speed either; takes an arm and a leg to change a business address or email address, but their business bank accounts are a new option so I'm sure that these are just kinks that will get worked out soon. Can't praise the customer service enough though; every employee there is always willing to do whatever it takes to take care of your banking needs!

I just moved here and they were not welcoming at all. Rude and gave me a hard time about opening an account. Its ok though because they will never get my business and I wont be recommending them to ANYBODY!!! Terrible overall service!!

Advancial is very helpful to me in a number of ways. The people there have helped very much in getting everything straight. Getting me started on checks and making sure that all my bills were transferred to the new account. They were also very friendly and with a smile.

EDIT (May 1, 2020) Just got $50 for referring my mom to Advancial. We made a few mistakes during the sign up process, but they quickly addressed my concerns and credited us with $50 each for her joining. I love this financial institution more everyday! This is the first bank I ever fell in love with, but maybe it's because they're not actually a bank? They did win the Best Bank award for Times of Acadiana, so they even beat the banks! They give ~2.65% interest on CD's and you can even get that on a 3 mos CD. Everything about this place and their rates is awesome! I truly love this place and the free Keurig coffee I get every time.

I'm new to this bank bit so far I Love the service. Everyone was so helpful and answered all questions that I asked. One of the women that helped me was extra helpful named Kia. Thanks guys I appreciate yall..
