Very nice service, they took there time on get the cash up into my account and it was simple and easy to get a loan from them. The people there were very nice as well.

Very helpful staff, especially the manager....(At least, I THINK she's a manager!...lol). They will go out of their way, above and beyond, to help make things go through for you. They will work with you, and always provide options to keep you in Good Standing with the loan company. And they understand that most people dont have alot of time,especially during the work week, around lunchtime, when you have to hurry back to work

Getting a loan is usually a long process but that’s never the case at Advance America. The staff is always quick & efficient & always smiling & in good spirit. Every time i come to the Advance America location on Pinhook I receive excellent service & the staff are very friendly & welcoming.

Getting a payday loan is usually pretty awful, but the staff at Advance America, especially Erica and Kissy were amazing! They were both so nice and helpful! I would totally recommend going to see these 2 ladies next time you're in a financial bind :)
