I love stopping by this location. The main employee Jackie is always so helpful and respectful. She even has patience when working with me. It means alot that she truly cares for her customers and even knows me by name. Keep doing a great job and you will go far!

Finance advance store employees are the best. But Finance Advance itself is a fake company because they're are people out here that are really struggling to survive and as long as you make money and have no problems you are good with this company. This company doesn't care that there is a pandemic going on and people are really struggling with bill and your lively hood has been taken away from you. They will take you to court to satisfy the debt during a time of uncertainty and a time where they are not open 24/7 as they claim.

I normally don’t leave reviews but Jackie was so helpful even though the line was long. She worked very hard to take care of everyone and did it with a smile. Keep up your positive attitude and I’ll keep coming back.

Teller: Laura was amazing, so prompt about meeting my requirements for my visit, originally went in to cash a small check, later turned into applying for a flex loan and was able to get me approved instantly, so polite and professional, thanked me for my patience every time she could and made sure I never waited more than 2 mins, she was awesome. I recommend her and that location, they do such a great job, she and the branch manager in my humble opinion deserve a pay increase. thank you so much Laura for all your dedicated assistance I will be back

Anthony helped me set up a FLEX loan, super helpful and kind! He was progressional and personable. When I went in to pay the loan off a week later, he remembered me by name and said hello and Jackie who was helping me during the second visit was also wonderful. I highly recommend this location!

I visit here every week to cash my paycheck. Lindy has done an amazing job at training such a friendly staff! She always personally greets every customer with such positivity. I highly enjoy using this location and will continue to use them as long as Lindy is managing.

I didn’t know what I was doing and I wanted to make sure I understood what was happening, so naturally I had a lot of questions. Cherice made it easy! If she was at all annoyed by all my questions she didn’t show it and explained everything effortlessly. 4/5 stars simply because I personally believe we all have room to improve ourselves.
