Didn’t acknowledge us when we came inside. We just stood there with no assistance at all. There wasn’t any kind of line folks was just jumping in front of each other very unprofessional! As I was walking up to Advance Financial 24/7 , I was thinking that I was going to have a horrible day and get denied of my needs. Till I walked inside and Rob was Happy to help me, he got everything squared away with the help of the store manager Andrew the love was genuine from each and every one of them. Last but not least Natasha walked over helping me to finish up my loan and sign all of my documents and she explained everything so incredibly that I personally had not questions and I got my money and I walked out with the sun shinning on me on a cloudy day with a smile on my face thanks to Advance Financial 24/7.

Hanae was wonderful and patient as we tried to figure out what we were doing, and great at helping us figure it all out. We were not having a great day, hopefully this is a temporary answer to our prayers.

I went into the location in Smyrna on Lowry Street. The representative that help me name was Bruce. He was very kind, professional and walked me through the entire process. he answered all my questions and even advised me the best way to pay down my loan. This was one of the best experiences that i have had at a loan place.
