I went in today for a money order and some quick questions. Lance made it the easiest. He answered every question I had and made it very amazing experience. He was super sweet and definition of the best customer service you can find.

Natasha at the Tiny Town location was amazing at getting me start. She help[ my ebanking as well as explaining all the information. Also, which goes a long way is she is friendly and has a great attitude.

I stopped in because I had an emergency to come up an needed some extra funds. I was helped by a team member named Rebecca and she was AWESOME! Welcoming conversation and great customer service. Thank you Rebecca!!

Derek was awesome. Very informative, great customer service, and got me in and out as fast as he could. Watched him answer the phone twice, work the drive through, and help me and two others in the span of 20 minutes. Definitely recommend 👍

Sh`ree was great!!!! The systems were down and I needed a advance, however she set up my online and showed me how to get cash that way. She went above and beyond as always and needs a raise. We need more people like her in customer service

An associate by the name of Lance had made my experience seem streamlined and very helpful with relative ease. There were 3 customers ahead of me when I walked in, and still I was seen in less than 10 minutes. Cashed my check and am on my way :)
