Person who wrote the check missed their call. They didn't wanna call again so they lied and didn't cash my check. Would give zero stars if I could. Wasted my time.

I'm fully disabled and lost my eye. I've been trying to explain this over the past year. I've had 2 strokes and I will file harassment charges. They continue to call me up to 10 times a day. I can't help I'm no longer able to work and this is beyond ridiculous and better stop. I can't get any clearer than I already have.

Had problems with them when I had a loan with them always taking out duplicate times majing my bank gi negative . Tried to cash a personal check with them. They could not get the person that wrote the check to answer the phone they said. I tried and got right threw and she said it never rings. She answer every call due to her husband has dr in Nashville . Never again will I be in there.

Took a check that was signed correctly and legit and they would not cash it . Plus employ Britney was trying to tell me I was being rude . Which was cometly in called for.

I’d give one star just to the friendliness of the staff. They fail to inform you of the challenges to come with taking out a loan with AF. You can take out $300, but you will be paying back over $600. You don’t get 7-12 months of even payments to catch up on your own. In fact, they add more and more each DAY that you haven’t paid your loan off in full. You must make payments every 2 weeks. It is ridiculous, and completely defeats the purpose of needing money in desperate times. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you make a lot of money, and fast. Horrible experience.

Brittany was a excellent person to help me. She told me she was leaving in 2 weeks and that made me sad because she’s been the best person i’ve had while going there! She is a great employee

They were great getting me the funds needed for taking care of the family. Very friendly people willing to go out of the way to help any way possible. Mindy took care of my account and Brittney is very friendly too
