Update Sept. 2020: Nathan at the hwy 58 store is very efficient he knows what he's doing. The computer was slow, but he kept a positive attitude the whole time. He's very charismatic, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. I could tell he was just by his body language and communication skills. If you need a loan go see Nathan at this location! He's a very positive young man who will get you through this simple process very quickly. Awesome customer service. The young lady working 9-2-18 at the hwy 58 location was very polite and customer friendly. I think her name was Clarissa.

This experience was top of the line customer service due to Jessica’s help. She made the process easy, she was patient and had a smile the entire time. She treated everyone that came in with respect, she smiled and greeted them no matter who the were. She was working alone and still held everything down to make sure each customer had a great experience even when they were in a hurry. If you go here ask specifically for Jessica she will help you and make sure the experience is fast and easy!
