Susan Normand, owner, is probably one of the most unprofessional people in the business. I’m not sure how she even remains in business. She is rude, lacks business ethic and I have documented prof she will speak negatively about other businesses and business owners if she doesn’t get what she wants. I would not recommend her nor this company. There are enough lending brokers and options out there. Easy enough to pass by this one!
