I have been here twice and BOTH experiences have been wonderful! Dana, the manager, is an absolute pleasure. If Jesus created an intelligent, caring person and gave her a friendly smile and a nose ring, her name would be Dana at the Paola location. I was going to go to the movies today, but instead, I decided to visit Dana for a Western Union transaction. The conversation alone is far more entertaining than any movie showing right now. Dana, thank you for making it a fun experience!

Tess is great and always helpful! It’s Always a fun time going in to pay my loan she make it a super fast and easy experience! Wouldn’t want to do business with anybody else she’s the best person to be sitting behind that counter and she always has a smile on her face and greets you with a “hello”as you enter the door!

Tess is so amazing!! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a huge smile and a happy “hello”! She takes the time to know her customers and goes out of her way to remember whatever I talked to her about the time before and check in on how everything is going. As far as customer service goes, you couldn’t find a better person to be sitting behind that counter ♥️♥️

Tess and Suzi make the process of a loan quick and simple. They have a home-like environment and talk to you as a friend instead of a customer. Very good people who run a good store!

Dana the manager is amazing, she was very professional and quick. It was so smooth. I literally told me to have a seat and next thing you know I was walking out with my money. I definitely recommend going to see her if you need an advance.
