The experience I’ve felt at this place was the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced in my 26 years of living. I called this location to inquire about a loan. After speaking with an African American woman about what documents I needed to bring in, I wasn’t sure of what she stated. From the moment she picked up the phone she was very absurd and rude so I calmly told her could she please lower her tone. She’s said “Goodbye” and abruptly hung up the phone. So I drive to this location just to speak with a manager because of the poor customer service I experienced, And she tells me to leave the store or she’ll call the police on me. She begins calling the police, Mind you (I am an African American Man) I’m a father, Husband, Son, Older brother, And an uncle. I donate to charities for suicide awareness and mental health, Diabetes research, As well as breast cancer research, This woman put me in a position to where she could have easily manipulated the oak park police department that I was being threatening to her when I honestly had a sincere voice when asking to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge of her. I calmly left, Called corporate and they will look into this matter, I’ve even called oak park police department, to notify them of this situation, Little did she know I have close friends who work here and also family. God does not like ugly and she will reap what she sow. And I hope no one deals with what I had to deal with yesterday. The district manager will reach out to me soon. And I hope she goes on leave or lose her job because there are people like myself who could do this job and needs it. Best regards as to I will not be returning.
