Advance America Highland Rd, Waterford Twp

I was having issues at another Advance America location. I went to another one where I spoke to Kim on the phone prior and she was willing to help me further more. When I went inside she was friendly and attentive to what I needed help with. I truly appreciate it her patience and customer service!

Kim and her staff are fantastic. I am never uncomfortable about payment plans or loans. They always greet me by name and remember my crazy pay schedule. You guys are awesome.

I stopped in for pick up... Did not actually do a cash advance at this store - but the young lady that assisted me was extremely polite and the inside here was extremely clean.

Poor attitude. My first time in a business like this and I feel like I was intrupting the lady who was working. I didn’t stay or finish asking any questions. I went down the road and had a much more pleasant experience.
