Customer service is wonderful. Each time I came in to Advance America I was Assisted by Chery McKinney. I'd inquired about a loan because I'd death in my family. Before I could get back to the store I'd received a phone call that my siblings and I needed to leave immediately heading out of town only to be notified of another family member's death. Customer service is not what it use to be and being that I was already grieving Ms. Cheryl encouraged me with her words, courtesy and professionalism, even though she had no clue of what I was going through. I walked in sad, but I left with hope knowing that true customer service still exist. Thank you Ms. Cheryl McKinney
