Went in today .. (Had s bad day) .. Ms.Gail helped me all the way through stayed an hour late just to make shure i got what was needed!friendly fast and beyond professional .. All of the customer service reps were very nice and professional. The manager, Michelle, was very kind, and courteous. There was a bit of a line but she made sure everyone was well taken care of, and with everything that’s going on, she made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Great staff! I go out of my way just to go to the Forestdale location because they are truly great people!! Thank you all!

The atmosphere was very professional. When I got there, I gave Gail $100.00 to much. She quicky brought it to my attention and returned the money. Cheri was there also and as usual she had a positive and upbeat attitude. She also gave me one of her personal envelope s. Thanks.

I took out a small loan when I had to not because I thought borrowing money and paying it back sounds like fun! If you feel the sarcasm it is because it is there. But really, I was in a jam financially and the great, professional, attentive, down to earth, employees at the Forestdale, Alabama Easy Money, gave me the helping hand up that Easy Money does not a hand out! My husband and I come in this store all the time and the main reason is because of Kamala. She always welcomes me with a smile and treats us like family.
