Wow I don't even know where to begin for a loan place I am absolutely speechless as to the customer service I received from Mrs Tracy from the time I walked through the door and received a warm welcome and a contagious smile that never left her face she was so helpful and informative on any questions I had regarding trying to get a loan, iv been to other places like amscott and such and felt rushed and uncomfortable but the young women who helped me who I believe may be the manager Mrs Tracy was so patient and polite I felt so comfortable you guys have you a golden employee/manager I will be back and so will all my friends and family thank you for your help Tracy and thank you for making this one of my easiest errands to complete no stress no rush complete respect and patience thank you thank you thank you you made my day keep up the good work.

I love this place and all the employees there. They are super friendly and very willing to work with you and help you with all your money needs. When quarantine hit and I lost my job I had a hard time paying back one of my loans and they totally worked with me (are still working with me). Words cannot express how much I was blessed by your BEST Advance America employee DAISY at your Advance America location at: 5141 US Highway 19, New Port Richey, FL 34652!!! I had moved across town so I wasn't sure if the old Advance America I used to go to was still open or not and it was hard to get in touch with someone there. As a result, I just called around to different Advance America locations and Daisy at this location picked right up and she was AMAZING! Not only did she welcome me back to take out a new loan or product, but she made me feel valued as a customer and even re-explained the different loan and installment products you all had and what your company could potentially offer me! She spent a lot of time on the phone with me and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for me! I have no words to describe how AWESOME she is and how much she helped me and gave me hope especially with Covid and everything related to it going on! You can tell she is not only professional and passionate about her job, but that she also cares about her customers and potential ones. She treats you like a person and not just a number. Daisy needs a raise and a promotion and she should be over her own set of Advance America stores! If the rest of the reps who work for your stores were like her I promise your company would soar even more! Please please acknowledge her and give her a raise, or a promotion, or something as she is exceptional! And I feel she is even OVER-qualified to work in the capacity that she is even in now!
