I went to value pawn in search of a guitar for my son. Everyone there was friendly, but Carol stood out with her annexing customer service, extremely friendly attitude and smile. She was knowledgeable about the products she had and got me a great deal. I've never shopped at a pawn shop before. I had a friend tell me about this place and the service she got. Has to be one of the best pawn shops around all around excellent customer service all of the employees are very knowledgeable when it comes to selling and receiving items and always give fair prices when it comes to buying or selling item's. The only pawn shop I'll go to. They give you fare prices on everything of value. Unlike other pawn shops where one day they give you x amount of dollars then a week later they say they can't give you that much again even though you paid it off and everything. Value pawn is the best

Definitely the best option anywhere around for finding all sorts of deals. Everyone there is so friendly and if you find yourself needing a loan they really treat you with respect which can't be said for some of the other places. Alex is amazing, he always greets me with a smile and by name when I walk in! Carol and Beth are awesome too!

Carol was my sales person being i just relocated to the state and do not know anyone she made me feel as if we had known each other forever and tolerated every change of kind and assisted me as if she were a family member purchasing my items.
