I like that they have a security door instead of glass in between you and the staff. Make it seem so much more personable. The staff there is so much friendlier than other places I have gone in the past, and they remember you by name. I like that I’m not just another person that barrows from them. I am a valued customer. I don’t like going any where else.

Building is very secure, the ladies that work here are very helpful and happy every single time they come in so happy to have met these ladies. Very courteous when calling and not rude or mad if they do have to call you. You can hear their smile on the phone in every single voicemail, I recommend Papillion location as #1 advance America to go to.

In the middle of a pandemic, I received an ad for this company on my front door, disguised as a Five Guys menu. This is scummy and predatory advertising tactics. I will never go back there again.
