I had a great experience in store at the medina location. The online edition is a JOKE! submit an application then wait for an endless time frame for a loan officer to approve. Calling any kind of support for the online applications is at least 20minutes for 40minutes on hold waiting for an operator. Who will tell you they arent able to approve or dent. They will have to transfer you again. Yet again another subsequent hold time..... maybe one day ill get the loan...
