Excellent customer service at the Forrest city Branch. Amazing team in this branch!!! A special shout out to John G. Very friendly and patient staff!!!. He introduced and walked me through the process of getting an amazing credit line in just two days. I am super happy!!! Kudos to Addition Bank.

Yolanda Young and Amber Owens at Forest City branch offered excellent customer service and took the time with me to refinance my vehicle. In this day and age of customer no service they were very patience with me with all the electronic junk. I’m very appreciative that they got the job done. If you want to keep your best employers let’s give them a raise or incentives to keep them. A job well done.

Got in & out quickly, Kyle Pickup was amazing at the Forest City location. Went though everything thoroughly and explained opening my account in amazing detail. Glad to join addition, promote that guy!

I am been attending for a nice teller Laura Rea was great the way she attending me with so professional support and cortesy and answer all my questions and explanation how to getting inter systems so that I am to said thank you so much for all wounderfull experience. This is by far THE WORST banking institution to do business with! To be a credit union, they exercise more predatory banking practices than any of the traditional banks that I have done business with, even in the midst of Covid-induced financial backlash. The people may be friendly, but the policies this bank adheres to are horrid; customer consideration is non-existent. I would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Went there to complete the application for my membership. Mrs. Pat assisted me with that. She was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Mrs. Pat made me feel welcomed so much so I was asking questions that I would not have otherwise asked about banking. The customer service she displayed from beginning to end should be used as a teaching point for any new employee at Addition Financial.

Pat Minard was so helpful, she saw me right after meeting with many other people and still had a welcoming personality. She got me set up with my first secured card and made the process so smooth and simple.

I’ve been a member since 1997. Always great solution oriented people. I recently worked with Pat in the Forest City branch. She helped me with a very important wire transaction. It’s always a pleasure! Now if Additions will work on a better Bill Pay system, it would be 5 stars from me!

Our visit to the branch was very pleasant. First with the teller Yolanda with her welcoming us with a smile and a very friendly approach. Than with Joseph with his impressive professionalism and friendly approach.. He went above and beyond to help us get the loan we wanted and educated us in how to improve our credit score. I’m very satisfied with the outcome of our visit to the branch.. I will definitely recommend others to go visit this branch..

Joseph Weinhold was a great representation of this bank, He did everything I asked of him and everything he could to solve my issues. And even though the bank was getting ready to close, he never let that be known. He did everything with a smile on his face and he had great customer service.

I had an amazing experience today. Melinda Wehbi was amazing, explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I recommend coming to Addition for your car loan before going to the dealership.

I had an issue today where the ATM machine at another bank erroneously retained my ATM card. After the 5th Third Bank teller on Lee Road said they could only return their own customers’ cards, I had to drive over to the Forest City branch. I desperately needed a new card because it was Saturday and the bank is closed Sundays. Normally the bank takes appointments only on Saturdays but when I explained my situation to Joseph Weinfold at the Additions Forest City branch, he was able to get me a replacement ATM card. He was patient and put my frantic mind at ease. Thank you for going above and beyond in customer service! My weekend turned from bad to good because of your help!

Pat was AWESOME. She was very polite and professional as well as caring. She cares about her customers and give them the best quality of business possible. She explains everything step by step.
