Went in just to pay my electric bill, And was told by the Manager or whoever was in charge with the only name tag named Bruhnii that I need to stop crying because that’s what women do. Because I simply asked could i get some assistance because I was standing at the window for over 5 minutes when it was only me and another person in the store while her and her co worker were having a casual conversation after the fact that while I waited she took another person who walked in after me.

Went in tonight the same short older lady with the glasses gave my husband problems as she always does. Everyone in there was so upset you could cut the air with a knife. Shw gives very bad customer service and needs to be let go. I only deal with the day shift crew long wait sometimes but I never have any problems with service.

Horrible customer service from the manager down. I was trying to fax something and I had to wait and get the number verified, the employees just walked away and did not assist. Threw my paper at me and did not try to fax again. Totally unprofessional and rude. I asked for assistance because Dameisha just left without completing the service. The other lady just had an attitude as well as the manager.

Kindof long waits here, But they are always busy. Very happy with their attentiveness, & manager (Beenie prob wrong, but close) really makes extra effort in helping customers. Was very very appreciative 2 her attention 2 important matters.

Very rude I go to the one in apopka way better over there every time I come to this location thete always asking my new questions or same old questions where I work at and all I answer these questions every time they the lady rude always the Spanish lady that works morning is always nice to me and actually reads the file that's on my account

The wait time was horrible. I stood at the last window right before western union windows for 15 minute. There was a guy working in the window, but went to another without acknowledging me with candy or to say someone will be with you soon. That is all I needed as I can see they were very busy, but a simple hello goes a long way!!!

The Spanish lady at this location (Clarcona/ OBT) very unprofessional and disrespectful. I told her I was going to write her up. She's prejudiced, disrespectful scornful and don't need to work with the public. She deal with senior citizens like 💩💩💩. I was very annoyed with her behavior when visit the location this morning. She held people's money by the tips with and scornful face, she don't wear gloves and acting like customers are germs. I can't emphasize enough how disrespectful she is. She's the worst person I've encountered while dealing with my money, absolutely the worst.

5 stars for Mrs Dameshia, she is a Black to recognized a King. Love, 5 🌟 for a black Queen that accepted a King... Her service and understanding of a person was so on point...

Extremely rude!!! Im been waiting for a person to help me with Western Union after that Spanish lady sat down the entire time with out helping the one black guy working. Then she tells me I have to wait in another line. Very unprofessional.
