I have been coming through the drive thru and my transaction always has taken about 15 minutes! When I finally reached the window on Thursday, Janice smiled and said hello and asked how she could help me. She had no problem with my request, and was done in 5 minutes! Thank you for having an efficient and caring person to care of me and get me on my way! She deserves recognition!

Mr. Penagos was nothing short of amazing. I have been trying to escape from the hellish grip of Santander, and he made it happened. He was super sweet and helpful. He knows his stuff. I am glad i got to see him

I love going to Addition Financial. Specially the Drive thru. Eureka is really nice and great to talk to. I don't spend along time in the line and that's just what I like.

Chris Maldonado was amazing! I called Additions thinking I had to set up an appointment to come in for my car loan, but Chris was able to do everything over the phone. He made it quick and easy:)

They are usually great but I’m highly disappointed. For absolutely no reason a hold was placed on my debit card giving me no access to my funds. I spent an hour and half on the phone answering questions and being reassured the hold was taken off. Well my card still isn’t working. I arrive to my local branch at 5:01 PM the doors locked and them refusing to help me because i arrived 1 minute after closure . Im still without access to my funds and the way I was treated over 1 minute is absolutely unacceptable. Being reassured the hold is off and then being without access to funds overnight is not acceptable

Jaime Daly at the Longwood branch was so awesome! She was patient and answered all my questions about opening a business account. I would recommend her to anyone who visits that branch 😊

OMG. I have banked at the Credit Union since I started with the SCPS in the 1970’s. Laura Oustly helped me so much and was so friendly she made my transaction look easy. I was expecting it to be completed but not for her. I appreciated her knowledge. Everyone there is awesome but she went ahead and beyond. Please tell her I really appreciated her help.
