I can't say enough about Jeff Lancaster and the Adair crew! While building during COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses downsized. It was because of this I was switched to Jeff as my project manager. I cannot rave anymore about Jeff. 1st off Adair has been a good company to work with for this project, but Jeff has been an amazing liaison and worked diligently with us and did a great job as this is a project he was thrown into halfway through a build. Thank you Jeff!

I'm in the process of having my home built with Adair and I couldn't be more impressed with my superintendent managing my project named Jeff Lancaster. His communication is phenomenal, always replies to my texts and answers my calls, gives me constant updates on what is coming next in my project and the few issues we have had he has gone the extra mile to find a good resolution and I couldn't appreciate it more. This is my first time building a home and he has made it an exceptional experience, I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is such a great guy I could see us being friends even after my home is finished being built.

We had come through quite a journey before we went to Adair, and from day one it was truly an absolute relief and blessing to work with them. Jeff Lancaster is one of the most dedicated people Adair Homes has the privilege to employee. His fortitude to handle diverse opposition is some of the best I have seen in the construction industry, and let me tell you, after 20 years of being in the construction industry, there is no shortage of diverse opposition. Jeff's philosophy of using team work to complete each job is truly an inspiration.

Based on my experience, I would not build with with Adair Homes. I was sucked in by low prices, then its been all down hill from there. I heard silence until they asked for more money. Make sure you bring a personal building inspector into the process with you as I now have after several issues. Poured our foundation almost a year ago, and we still don't have sheet rock correct after 11 months. Its been over a month ago since the first section of my post, and Adair homes continues to lie about their schedule. They continue to send crews to my house without proper knowledge on how to make a good product. They told me they can't get crews, and have to continue to fire crews. They are trying to take advantage of me not knowing what a good final product should look like, and I keep having to point out the obvious issues. They continue to tell me the issues will be fixed, and I'm sure they will, but not after they drag your through several interest rate hikes because your project takes twice as long as they said it would. I believe Adair is purposely cutting corners in the hopes I won't notice. You can see in the photo below that the window looks off center. The reveal on the left side of the window is about and inch+, whereas the right is about a half inch. Very noticeable The whole house was like this a month ago, and all this time has gone by, and we still have windows that have wavy sides and uneven reveals. Really bad craftsmanship.

Myself and my team have had the pleasure of working with Jeff Lancaster on several projects. He is friendly, professional and communicates well with my team. Jeff never takes for granted a hard days work. He is always there to make sure that the job goes well from beginning to end. If you want a great experience then give Adair Homes a call. My experience with Adair has been good so far! We have met with Kelly from the north bend office and she has been so helpful thus far. She is super friendly and very informative. I look forward to more meetings with her when we get to start designing our home.

I’ve never even considered building custom but in searching for a home that checked the boxes on all of my needs I ended up finding that the custom build was my only option. I had no idea what all went into the process but Kelly at Adair walked us through exactly what the steps are. We aren’t planning to move for a year but the timeline works great as we learned the timeline and process on what to expect! We look forward to working on our new dream home and have already picked Adair after interviewing 3 other local builders. We love that it is a little more hands on in the process with Adair. Can’t wait for more positive experiences!

After meeting with Kelly at Adair’s East Puget Sound design center, my fiancé and I could not be more confident looking for land to build our home on, knowing we have a great building partner on our team with Adair. This our first home build and having an experienced builder to guide us through the process has been invaluable. We can’t wait to start our build!
